Wait for the download to finish before launching the game. You will notice this mod has done a complete overhaul on the main menu of Fallout 4, this is including the video background, with the ReGrowth Overhaul's luscious trees and foliage, and the music audio, instead of the original instruments, it has been changed with an acoustic guitar, giving it a notably more peaceful feel when loading your game - where as the UI colour is still optional (you will keep with your custom colour that you chose previously).
